Intermittent mechanism is a kind of typical important mechanism,usually we will use CAM mechanism and other typical intermittent mechanism.but using the Metamorphic mechanism can also realize the intermittent movement ,through the geneva wheel mechanism and five-bar mechanism can be implemented intermittent movement.the Metamorphic mechanism can realize two kinds change of configuration transformation,At the same time can also achieve four different location of the movement. Simulation software is used to describing the movement of the structure state, the metamorphic mechanism changes its configuration from one to another .it is reasonable to reducing the impact by the way of adopting a proper type of motion for the inputs of mechanism.间歇机构是机构类型中比较重要的一种机构类型,通常我们都会利用凸轮机构和典型间歇机构来实现,利用变胞机构也可以实现机构的间歇式运动,通过槽轮机构与五杆机构的综合,可以实现机构在两种构态间的转换。同时也可以满足机构在4个不同工位的运动。利用仿真软件来描述各构态的运动,以及构态在变换时的运动学分析,从而发现,在变胞机构实现各构态之间的变换时将会产生比较大的冲击。通过改变机构在构态变换时输入构件的运动规律可以减小冲击、改善机构的运动性能。
