In order to well pick Zhejiang local fruits on high branches, such as orange, red bayberry and loquat fruits etc, a new type mechanical hand picking high branch fruits, including scissors mechanism, a fruit net and a telescopic rod, was designed. The structure and function of each component in mechanical hand were analyzed, especially in kinematics, mechanics analysis and 3D digital modeling for scissors mechanism. This design is a good foundation for manipulator prototype.为了适宜采摘浙江本土水果桔子、杨梅和枇杷等长在较高树枝上的果实,设计一种由剪刀机构、接果网和伸缩杆组成的新型高枝采果机械手。设计和分析了机械手各组成部分的结构和功能,重点对剪刀机构作了运动学、力学分析和数字化三维建模。该设计为制作机械手样机打下基础。
