The tooth profile equation and strength analysis of the movable rolling tooth transmission with cam actuating are studied.Transmission structure of the movable rolling tooth transmission with cam actuating is introduced,and the theory and work tooth profile equations of the shock wave cam and the center inner gear are established based on rotational speed conversion and envelope theory,meanwhile,the curvature distribution law of the center inner gear is given.The three-dimensional model of the movable rolling tooth transmission with cam actuating is established with the Pro/E software,meanwhile,its finite element model is set up by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.The model analysis of the strength is carried out to obtain the distribution of equivalent stress and strain,to provide a basis for the further optimal design of the device.对凸轮激波滚动活齿传动的齿形方程及强度分析问题进行了研究。介绍了凸轮激波滚动活齿传动的传动结构,基于转速变换和包络原理建立了激波凸轮、中心内齿轮的理论及工作齿形方程,给出了中心内齿轮齿廓的曲率分布规律。采用Pro/E软件建立了凸轮激波滚动活齿传动的三维模型,在有限元分析软件ANSYSWorkbench中建立了其有限元模型。对传动装置进行了强度分析,初步得到了等效应力和应变的分布情况,为装置的进一步优化设计提供了参考依据。
