Taking a 6 t small excavator' s arm as the research object, a new coal sampling arm structureI was proposed which could be used to achieve composites action of sampling. The pressure, flow and the sampling force which were needed by the new coal sampling arm were gotten by AMESim simulation. After analyzing the data curves and comparing the gotten data with the hydraulic system' s parameters of the excavator, it is shown that the scheme of the new coal sampling arm is feasible and further design work can be done.以6t小型挖掘机臂为研究对象,提出一种新型煤炭采样臂结构,可实现采样的各种复合动作。通过对新型采样臂进行AMESim建模与仿真,得到采样臂所需的压力、流量及产生的采样力。经过分析所得数据并与挖掘机液压系统进行参数比较,证明此新型采样臂方案是可行的,可开展后续的设计工作。
