The general rub-impact analyses of rotor-bearing-support system were based on the elasticity assumption, but in the severe rub-impact, the assumption would create great error as plastic deformation. In order to consider the effect of plastic deformation to rotor bearing supports system accurately, a finite element model of plastic deformation on rotor- bearing-support system was presented. The relations on rub-impact force and plastic deformation were calculated, which compared with the elastic deformation. Then according to the dynamical equations of rub-impact rotor, the trajectory in x - y plane, displacement time history plot and bifurcation plot were calculated. The results were compared with the elastic deformation model, which indicates the necessity of elastic-plasticity contact analysis and guides the practical mechanical fault diagnosis.通常的转子系统碰摩分析是假设在弹性变形下进行的,在发生严重碰摩时会产生塑性变形,这种假设会产生较大偏差。为了分析在塑性变形下整个转子系统的碰摩特性,建立了一种转子系统塑性变形有限元模型。该模型给出了弹塑性变形假设下转子碰摩力与变形量的关系曲线,并与弹性变形假设曲线进行对比。根据碰摩转子动力学方程,得到转子的位移波形图、轴心轨迹及分岔图,并将计算结果进行比较分析,表明了弹塑性分析的必要性,对实际机械故障诊断具有指导意义。
