Contact characteristics of spherical bearing has important influence on its motion performance, in order to study the contact characteristics, finite element model of spherical bearing was established by ANSYS. Pressure distribution of spherical bearing under the load cases of axial load, radial load and complex load was analyzed respectively. The influence of the lubricating groove on the contact stress of spherical bearing was also studied. The results show that pressure distribution and area of press concentration of spherical bearing are different under axial load, radial load and complex load, while under all loads it has maximum stress at the edge of bearing outer ring spherical surface. The maximum stress of bearing outer ring is larger than bearing inner ring. Rational lubricating groove can reduce the contact stress effectively.关节轴承的接触特性对其运行性能具有重要影响,为了研究关节轴承的接触特性,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了关节轴承有限元模型。分析了轴向载荷、径向载荷和轴径复合载荷下关节轴承的应力分布,并研究了导油槽对接触应力的影响。结果表明:轴向载荷、径向载荷和轴径复合载荷下的应力分布和应力集中部位不同,但各种载荷下关节轴承外圈球面边缘处都产生应力集中;轴承外圈的最大应力比轴承内圈最大应力大;合理的导油槽能够起到减小应力集中的作用。
