焊接接头力学性能不均匀性对管道裂纹断裂参量的影响分析

Based on a numerical simulated approach of the uniform change of material mechanical prop- erty, the effect of the welded mechanical heterogeneity on the stress-strain fields and J-integral along a three dimension crack are simulated and analyzed by using a semi-elliptical crack in welded joints of pipeline in this paper. The results show that the maximal strain and stress and J-integral are located at the middle of the semi-elliptical cracks, and the crack is more susceptible to propagate at the boundaries of base metal and heat affect zone, and the propagating tending direction of the crack on the boundaries of weld metal and heat affect zone is the weld metal.以合半椭圆形裂纹的管道焊接接头为研究对象,利用ABAQUS软件实现了焊接接头材料属性的连续性,并在此基础之上模拟计算了焊接接头力学性能不均匀性对不同位置裂纹的应力应变场和J积分的影响。研究结果表明,半椭圆形裂纹中点处的应力应变值和J积分都是最大的,越靠近裂纹表面,其应力应变值越小。位于BM和HAZ的分界处的裂纹最容易开裂,位于WM和HAZ的分界处的裂纹起裂后裂纹倾向于进入焊缝金属。
