A numerical calculation method with real stress strain parameter for numerical simulation of pressure vessels made by H62 copper alloy. The mechanical behavior in explosion process of pressure vessels was investigated. And the explosion pressure and full yield pressure was also predicted. The results showed that the most hazard region on shell were in elastic stage when under maximum allowed work pressure and designed in present method in our country. At that time, the yield safety margin is 1.98. And the explosion safety margin is 5.06. It is the same as using R,,l.o where the yield safety margin and explosion safety margin is 1.72 and 4.40 which is also meet the requirement.采用数值计算方法结合材料的真实应力应变参数模拟了H62铜合金制容器承压至爆破过程的力学行为。并分别根据数值计算结果和理论计算公式预测了容器的全屈服压力和爆破压力,并得出以下结论:根据数值计算结果,按我国许用应力计算方法设计的H62铜舍金制容器在承载最大允许工作压力时,筒体接管等主要危险区域都处于弹性阶段。容器的屈服安全裕度为1.98,爆破安全裕度为5.06;若采用盈。作为屈服强度来设计,其承栽最大允许工作压力时,筒体接管等主要危险区域也都处于弹性阶段。容器的屈服安全裕度为1.72、爆破安全裕度为4.40,仍较高。满足要求。
