钛/铝爆炸复合板结合区域的微观组织及力学性能的研究

The metal combination between TA2 and 2A12 is bonded together by using explosive welding. The microstructure of titanium/aluminium composite plate is investigated and the mechanical composite plate are tested. The metallographic observation shows that the bonding interface properties of of composite plate presents the pattern of wave shape, and the violent plastic deformation is generated in the interface. The result of XRD analysis indicates that no intermetallic compounds precipitate in the interface region, as a result, the bonding strength of interface is relatively high. The results of mechanical properties tests show that the microhardness of composite plate gradually decreases with the distance far from interface. On the whole, the mechanical property of composite plate is better, and their tensile can meet the requirements of mechanical properties in industry production. strength and shear strength采用爆炸焊接方法对TA2与2A12金属组合进行爆炸复合,并对获得的钛/铝爆炸复合板进行微观组织结构分析及力学性能测试。金相组织观察显示,复合板的结合界面以波状方式结合,在结合界面处产生了强烈的塑性变形。对复合板结合界面区进行XRD测试分析,未发现有金属间化合物析出,保证了结合界面具有较高的结合强度。力学性能测试结果表明,随着与结合界面之间的距离增大,其显微硬度逐渐降低,整体上复合板的力学性能良好,其拉伸强度和剪切强度等能够满足工业生产对其力学性能的要求。
