Titanium alloy is widely used in chemical industries for the excellent ductility,weldability and corrosion resistant.The welding joint studied is made with TA2 plate with the method of argon-arc welding,and the relationships of microstructures,mechanical properties and element distributions in the different parts of which have been studied with the metallic phase observation,hardness measurement and element contents test.Conclusions have been obtained as following:Grains in the base metal zone are typical α equiaxed grains,the grains in overheated zone are quite coarse,the organizations of the welding seam are martensite and widmanstatten;The hardness tendency of the weld joint is depicted as M-shape with the softest point located at the center,and the hardest is located at the overheated zone;There are more impurity element in the base metal than the weld seam,more Fe-C chemical compound is produced in the over-heated zone than the weld seam,and the impurity element in the weld seam is more evenly distributed.钛及钛合金具有较好的韧性和焊接性及耐腐蚀性能,在航空工业、化学工业等方面有着重要用途。采用钨极氩弧焊方法(TIG)制备焊接试样,分析母材区、热影响区和焊缝区的显微组织、力学性能。得出如下结论:TA2接头母材区的晶粒为α等轴晶粒;过热区的晶粒粗大;熔合区两边晶粒差别非常明显,焊缝区晶粒主要为马氏体组织与魏氏体组织;焊缝硬度整体呈M形,焊缝区的硬度最低,热影响区的硬度最高;冷却过慢时,高温时间停留过长,晶粒会变粗大,也会降低材料塑性;焊缝区内杂质元素比母材低,在过热区产生较多的Fe-C化合物,杂质元素在焊缝区的元素分布相对比较均匀。
