Based on the modified Kachanov - Rabotnov constitutive equation, the user subroutines compu- ting the damage of the pipe element were complied and coupled with ABAQUS finite element analysis software. The creep tests for furnace tube of Cr25Ni35Nb steel under different temperature and stress were performed ,and the creep material constants in the creep damage constitutive equation were obtained by fitting the creep tests data. By conducting the numerical simulation for the creep damage of furnace tube after servicing 100000 hours, the damage distribution and maximum damage location of the tube were obtained.基于修正的Kachanov―Rabotnov本构方程,编制了用于计算管单元的用户子程序,并且与ABAQUS有限元分析软件耦合。通过拟合不同温度和不同应力下的Cr25Ni35Nb钢炉管材料蠕变试验数据,得到了蠕变损伤力学本构方程中的材料参数,对炉管运行10万h后的蠕变损伤进行数值模拟,得到了整体损伤分布与最大损伤部位。
