The traditional acoustic enclosure cover plate model and the acoustic enclosure cover plate with aluminum foam laminated structure model were built using the popular finite analyzing software ANSYS, the modal analysis was carried out. The results show that the former's natural frequency is slightly lower than the latter's, but each natural frequency of the two acoustic enclosure cover plates is on an amount class, demonstrating that acoustic enclosure cover plate with aluminum foam laminated structure can achieve the same effect with the traditional acoustic enclosure cover plate in suppressing and weakening resonance and improves the reduction noise and vibration capabilities.运用有限元软件ANSYS建立传统隔声罩板和泡沫铝层合结构球磨机隔声罩板的模型,并进行模态分析,结果表明前者的固有频率略低于后者,但两种隔声罩板的各阶固有频率均在一个数量级上,验证了泡沫铝层合结构球磨机隔声罩板在抑制和减弱共振、吻合效应方面可与传统隔声罩板达到同样效果,并且提高了减振降噪性能。
