With the development of aeronautic and space technology,many aggressive working-environments are beyond the using limit of lubricating oil or grease,the traditional lubricating can't meet the service requirements.Fortunately,solid self-lubrication composite coating can solve the above problems.Therefore,more and more researches have been focused on solid self-lubrication composite coatings in recent years.Based on a large amount of literatures,studies on manufacturing self-lubrication composite coatings' technology,especially laser manufacturing technology are summarized,some problems of manufacturing and the prospect of solid self-lubrication coatings are pointed out also.随着航空航天、空间技术的发展,许多苛刻工况条件超越了润滑油或脂的使用极限,传统润滑方式难以满足,而固体自润滑可以很好地解决这一问题。因此,近年来,固体自润滑复合涂层研究成为热点。在综合大量文献资料的基础上,对自润滑复合涂层制备技术,特别是激光制备技术的研究进行综述,并提出了目前制备涂层存在的问题以及发展前景。
