The artificial granite is one of high performance composite materials used to the basic parts of machine tool and measuring instruments,which are made up of natural granite and epoxy resin and filler and diluent and so on by the curing polymerization procedure.Based on the study of related technologies at home and abroad,the components of artificial granite material self developed,preparation technology and performance testing are introduced.Some new thinking in future research have been proposed by comprehensive analysis in this paper.人造花岗岩是一种用于机床、测量仪器等设备基础件的高性能新型复合材料,它以天然花岗岩石料为骨料,用环氧树脂作粘接剂,并适当增加填料、稀释剂等,通过固化作用聚合而成。在对国内外相关技术的研究基础上,介绍了自行研制的人造花岗岩材料组成、制备工艺及其性能测试情况,通过综合分析,提出了今后研究的一些思路。
