The stability of reclaimer work directly determines the efficiency of industrial production in the middle part. Serious fault of reclaimer even interruption work flow. In this paper,reclaimer machine weight systems were studied and analyzed. At the same time on two reclaimer accidental collision problem,this paper presents the solutions of the proposed. It can effectively improve the stability of the reclaimer work.取料机工作的稳定性直接决定工业生产中间环节的效率,严重的取料机故障甚至会中断工作流程。文中针对取料机的配重系统进行了研究分析,同时就两台取料机偶然发生的碰撞问题提出了相关的解决建议,可以有效地提高取料机工作的稳定性。
