The cooling system for dustpan was researched detailedly based on MoldFlow. A method for optimal design of cooling system was put forward. The cooling analysis was carried out by using MPI/ Cool, the result was used to choose a reasonable scheme and to achieve a good cooling effect. Product quality was improved and energy consumption was reduced through this research.采用MoldFlow软件对畚箕的冷却回路的优化进行研究，指出优化设置模具冷却回路的方法，通过使用MPI／Cool进行冷却分析，根据冷却分析的结果，选择较为合理的方案，最终获得良好的冷却效果，达到提高产品质量、缩短成形周期、提高生产率等目的。
