The coordinated motion relationship between the cam mechanism were explained through the introduction to structure and work principle of directional pitter chili.Designed compression device cam and cutting device cam profile curve,on the basis of the law of motion of the machine of go chili's nuclear with the graphic method.Through taking diagram to get the target displacement diagram,then according to the conversion principle diagram and triangle function relation to calculate the Angle,it makes angular displacement chart,finally,makes the device cam contour line based on the declination and the use of reversal method.Based on the design of cam contour line,it verifies the cam motion between the relationship between time and space and completes the design of the important parts of the directional pitter chili.通过对辣椒去核机结构及其工作原理的介绍,对凸轮机构之间的协调运动关系进行了说明。运用图解法根据辣椒定向去核机的运动规律,设计压紧装置下凸轮和切割装置下凸轮的凸轮轮廓曲线。通过做图法得到目标位移线图,再根据转换原理图和三角函数关系计算出偏角,做出角位移线图,然后根据偏角运用反转法,做出装置凸轮轮廓线。通过对凸轮轮廓线的设计,验证了凸轮之间运动时间和空间的关系,完成了对辣椒定向去核机部分重要零部件的设计。
