The thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL)performances of roller bearings with large length/diameter ratio under misaligned loads were investigated. The effects of misaligned angle, length/diameter ratio, slide-roll ratio and velocity on lubrication performance were analyzed. Considering the effect of thermal and torque equation, the pressure and temperature were solved under the whole contact area. The results show that, along with the increasing of misalignment an- gle, the maximum pressure is increased, the central film thickness is basically unchanged and the minimum film thickness is decreased markedly ; along with the increasing of length/diameter ratio, the contact length and misaligned load effect are increased, the film thickness at end is decreased, and is more sensitive to misaligned angle. Along with the increasing of slide-roll ratio, the central temperature of the oil film is increased ; with larger speed, the temperature of the oil film will be higher. The ability of anti-misaligned loads of the roller bearing is improved because the film thickness is increased, and the distribution of pressure becomes more even.研究偏载工况下大长径比滚子轴承的热弹流润滑性能,分析偏转角、长径比、滑滚比、速度对润滑性能的影响。在数值计算时,考虑力矩方程,压力、温度的求解在全域内进行。结果表明,随着偏转角的增加,最大压力增加,中心膜厚基本不变,但最小膜厚显著降低;随着长径比的增加,接触长度增加,偏载效应增加,端部膜厚降低,对偏斜更加敏感;增大滑滚比,油膜中层温度显著增加;增加速度,油膜中层温度升高,膜厚变厚,压力分布更加均匀,提高了抗偏载能力。
