How to acquire signals during the friction and wear testing is the key of modern friction tester. Simplified structure of an innovation pin on disc friction test machine was put forward in this paper. A signal-testing system of friction tester was development based on LabVIEW software. Experiment results showed that motor output torque and rotational speed, friction force and dynamic friction coefficient between counterparts could be acquired with the system. Test data could be real-time observed, recorded and playbacked. With the closed loop control on motor speed, tribology property of samples could be obtained under the condition of different rotational speed and load so that the part work condition could be simulated exactly.摩擦磨损测试信号的获得是现代摩擦实验机的关键技术。文中通过创新设计简化结构,制作出销盘式摩擦实验机一台,采用LabVIEW软件(图形化编程语言)开发了一套基于虚拟仪器的摩擦实验机测试系统。实验表明:该系统可实时准确地检测出电机输出扭矩和转速、摩擦力及对偶件间的动摩擦系数,实现摩擦实验数据的实时观察、记录及历史数据的回放。通过对电机速度闭环控制,可测量出试样在不同恒定转速和载荷作用下的摩擦学特性,实现对零件工况的模拟。
