The calculation method of boundary lubrication of a mechanical equipment has carried on the revision, which can be calculated under different roughness coefficient of boundary lubrication. Using self-made pin - disk friction test-bed, pin used Q235 steel plate, using petroleum ether dissolved in the stearic acid as lubricant, the surface roughness of the steel plate have two kinds, Ra 0.2 tr m and 0.4 p~ m, respectively. For theoretical calculation of the data were compared with experimental data, the results show that the alignment is higher, the largest deviation less than 5%. Therefore, the calculation method can be used to predict the friction coefficient of boundary lubrication in the machinery and equipment.对一种机械装备边界润滑的计算方法进行了修订,从而可以计算出不同粗糙度下的边界润滑系数。利用自制的销一盘摩擦试验台,销盘均使用Q235钢制成,使用溶解在石油醚中的硬脂酸作为润滑剂,铜盘的表面相糙度有两种,Ra分别为0.2μm和0.4μm。对理论计算数据和试验数据进行对比,结果表明,二者吻合度较高,最大偏差不超过5%.因此,该计算方法可以用于预测机械装备中边界润滑的摩擦系数。
