The measuring and analysis of pollution in aviation hydraulic fluid are important ways to diagnose a breakdown of aviation hydraulic system,which have positive effects in ensure the safety of aviation.The source and harm of the main pollution in aviation hydraulic fluid were analyzed.The evaluation standard,measuring methods and characteristic of pollution level in aviation hydraulic fluids were introduced.Finally,the conclusion that the automatic particle counting method was the best in the evaluation methods of pollution level in aviation hydraulic fluids was gained.航空液压油污染度的测定是监测飞机液压系统工况和预测其故障的重要手段,对保障飞行安全具有重要意义.研究分析了航空液压油主要污染物的来源、种类及危害;介绍了航空液压油污染度的等级标准、测定方法及其优缺点.目前,遮光型自动颗粒污染度测定方法是技术最成熟、评价最科学和较全面的方法之一.
