麦弗逊悬架总成设计方法研究

With regard to MacPherson type suspension assembly,digitalized design method was put forward. Firstly, mechanical model of its guidance four-bar linkage was built. Then, suspension's structure design was carried out on the basis of strength theory of material mechanics. Furthermore, three-dimensional digitalized model was built on the platform of computer software. Based on finite element theory, finite element analysis and research on the assembly body of MacPherson type suspension was conducted and some key technologies, such as selection of unit type,were discussed. Evaluating method of satisfaction degree required by the assembly's structural strength in engineering was given under three working conditions:braking, driving and steering. Therefore, the design method presented in this paper was good for shortening suspension's developing cycle and enhancing its market competitiveness.针对麦弗逊悬架总成,提出了相应的数字化设计方法.先建立其导向四杆机构的力学模型,再基于材料力学强度理论进行结构设计;进而在计算机软件平台建立其三维数字化模型;基于有限元理论,对麦弗逊悬架装配体进行有限元分析研究,并讨论了单元类型选取等关键技术问题,就制动、驱动及转向3种工况,给出了该装配体的结构强度对工程要求的满足程度判定方法.提出的设计方法有利于缩短产品开发周期、提高其市场竞争力.
