Based on unified strength theory, difference in tension and compression in strength as well as the intermediate principal stress, respective formula for calculating elastic limit pressure and plastic limit pressure of thick- walled tube with increasing working pressure are got. With different coefficients in the two expressions, different results are got based on Tresca yield criterion, Mises yield criterion, Twin - shear yield criterion and More yield criterion. Reasonable employment of unified strength theory will contribute to more economic benefit.从统一强度理论出发,考虑材料拉压屈服极限比和中间主应力这两个因素对材料屈服的影响,推导了在内压作用下厚壁圆筒从弹性状态到弹塑性状态过程中厚壁圆筒的弹性极限压力和塑性极限压力。在这两个表达式中,当系数取不同值时,就能得到按Tresca屈服准则、Mises屈服准则、双剪应力屈服准则、摩尔屈服准则进行计算的结果。运用双剪统一强度理论可以更好地发挥材料的强度潜力,取得更大的经济效益。
