In college physics experiment, adjusting and using spectrometer is an important optical experiments, and it is a difficult experiment too. In this paper, we presents a new coarse adjusting method, i.e. the double limit one, that is put the telescope ocular and the surface of the carry table to the limit position. This method can reduce the difficulty and improve speed of the adiusting effectively.提出一种分光计新的粗调方法一双极限调节法，即把望远镜目镜端和载物台台面都调到极限位置．该方法可有效降低调节难度，提高调节速度．
