This paper describes a new shears drive device of based on toggle-screw force amplifier.The graphic examples and corresponding formulas of output force are given. The screw and servo motor is used to realize the synchronization of tile shears. The toggle--screw force amplifier are used to meet the needs of larger output force.对基于丝杠-肘杆增力机构的剪板机驱动装置做了研究,介绍了其工作原理及力学性能特点。该剪板机驱动装置,以丝杠装置和伺服电机解决了剪板机的同步性问题,以丝杠、肘杆机构解决了剪板机的较大力输出的问题。
