The ashless additive LA571 for performance differences of LA571 and ZDDP partial replacement of the traditional in oil were characterized by Pressure additives ZDDP was investigated. The Differential Scanning Calorimetry, vis- cosity increasing test, crankcase simulation test, driving test, bearing capacity test and so on. The results show that, com- pared with ZDDP, LA571 can reduce the carbon deposition and lacquer film,has a strong control capacity for viscosity growth, can improve the oxidation resistance of lubricating oil and reduce tbe produce of oil sludge of engine, but it has equivalent maximum non-seizure load and weld point with ZDDP. LA571 and ZDDP have synergistic effect, it is feasible for partial substitution of ZDDP by LA571.研究用无灰添加剂辛/丁基液态二苯胺抗氧剂(LA571)来部分取代传统的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP),通过曲轴箱模拟试验、压力差示扫描量热法、黏度增长试验、行车试验、承载能力试验等评价方法来表征LA571与ZDDP在油品中性能的差异。结果表明,相对于ZDDP,LA571可大幅降低油品积炭和漆膜的产生,具有很强的控制黏度增长的能力,可大幅提高润滑油的抗氧化性,明显减少发动机油泥产生,但最大无卡咬负荷与烧结负荷与ZDDP相当,而且两者有协同作用,LA571部分替代ZDDP完全可行。
