The effects of slide-roll ratio ,applied load and entrainment velocity on the film shape ,central film thickness and minimum film thickness of high-viscosity were studied using multi-beam interferometry. The results show that the central film thickess is experienced the changing process of increased and then decreased for a while, finally increased again along with the increasing of entrainment velocity under pure rolling conditions. The entrainment velocity is gone down gradually as the fall of the central film thickness presented for a while, along with the increasing of the slide-roll ratio from zero,and this fall is disappeared in the vicinity of the slide-roll ratio equal to 2. The central and minimum film thicknesses are hardly depended on the applied load under lower entrainment velocity. The central and minimum film thicknesses are decreased more along with the increasing more of the slide-roll ratio.采用多光束干涉技术,研究滑滚比、载荷及卷吸速度等对大黏度润滑剂油膜形状、中心膜厚及最小膜厚的影响。初步结果显示:纯滚动条件下,随着卷吸速度的增大,中心膜厚经历了增大、暂时下降、然后再上升的变化过程;随着滑滚比从0增大,中心膜厚暂时下降需要的卷吸速度逐渐减小,当滑滚比接近2时,这一现象消失;卷吸速度较小时,中心膜厚及最小膜厚基本不受载荷影响;滑滚比越大,中心膜厚及最小膜厚越小。
