Construction method of motion law is presented based on the analysis of intermittent transmission characteristic of disc indexing cam mechanism. The motion law with continuous jerk is derived by a practical example. The disc indexing cam mechanism' s virtual prototype model is established in combintion with multiple platforms, and the correctness of theoretical deduction is verified. The foundation is laid for more depth dynamic analysis.针对盘形分度凸轮机构间歇传动的特点,提出了间歇运动规律的构造方法,实例推导了跃度连续的运动规律。联合多平台建立了机构的虚拟样机模型,验证了运动规律推导的正确性,为更深入的动力学分析垫定了基础。
