With a certain type of NC machine tool bed as the research object, a few preliminary improvement schemes of the structure are put forward on the basis of the static and dynamic analysis. Analyzing the sensitivity of dynamic property of design parameters of the structure such as the thickness of wall boards and ribs by using the principle of dynamic sensitivity analysis. Thus, finding out design parameters affect greatly the dynamic property of the structure. Then, with static deformation, the first natural frequency and mass of the structure as optimized objects are taken, up with a superb scheme of the structure.以某型数控机床床身为研究对象,在对其结构进行静动态分析的基础上,提出了结构的初步改进方案。应用动态特性灵敏度分析原理对壁板、筋板的厚度等设计参数进行动态灵敏度分析,得出了各个设计参数对床身结构动态特性的影响程度。在此基础上以床身结构的静力变形、一阶固有频率和质量为优化目标,提出了该床身的最终结构设计方案。
