偏载滚子副等温弹流润滑分析

Based on a finite line contact pair model formed by a tilt roller and an infinite plane, considering a moment balance of the roller and using multi-grid method, numerical analysis was carried out for elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) of tilt roller. The relationships between the tilt angle, velocity, load and the offset distance and the torque were giv- en. The differences of the film thickness and pressure in various operating conditions were compared. Results show that, the lubrication performance at the load-carrying end of the roller would become worse with the increase of tilt angle ;in a spe- cific tilt angle case, high speed can improve the influence of the offset load at some extent. The larger the load, the smaller the offset distance, however, too larger load could make the film thickness decrease and the pressure increase, therefore, the lubrication would become failure基于偏载滚子与无限大平面间形成的有限长线接触模型,考虑滚子力矩平衡,利用多重网格法与多重网格积分法对其弹流问题进行数值求解;给出在润滑条件下偏载角、速度、载荷与载荷偏距和力矩之间的关系,比较偏载滚子副在不同的偏载角、速度、载荷等工况条件下油膜压力与厚度分布的差异。结果表明:偏载角越大,滚子承载端润滑特性越差;在偏载角一定的情况下,高速可以在一定程度下改善偏载的影响;载荷越大,载荷偏距越小,但过大的载荷会使油膜厚度减小、压力升高,从而使润滑失效。
