考虑惯性力的水基磁流体润滑滑动轴承热弹流润滑分析

Based on the Reynolds equation considering the inertial force, the thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication analysis was made for the journal bearing lubricated by water-based ferrofluid, and the thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication numerical solutions were compared with those without considering the inertial force. The results show that as the inertial force is considered, the pressure in inlet region and the film thickness of water-based ferrofluid are increased, but the pressure peak is decreased. The pressure of the water-based ferrofluid in inlet region is decreased with the increase of load, the pressure peak and the film thickness are decreased. The pressure peak of the water-based ferrofluid is decreased with the increase of speed. The pressure in inlet region and the film thickness are increased with the increase of speed.基于考虑惯性力的雷诺方程,对水基磁流体润滑滑动轴承进行热弹流润滑分析,并与未考虑惯性力的热弹流数值解进行比较。结果表明:水基磁流体在考虑惯性力时,入口区压力和膜厚相应增大,压力峰相应减小;随着载荷的增大,水基磁流体润滑膜的膜厚和入口区压力减小,压力峰增大;随着速度的增大,水基磁流体膜厚和入口区压力增大,而压力峰减小。
