基于FLUENT的直通式迷宫密封结构的优化

The structure of labyrinth seal widely used in reciprocating labyrinth seal type compressor was studied in depth. The simulation was made by FLUENT software, with the size and shape of the internal structure being changed appropriately. The results show that when the labyrinth seal throttle plate tilt angle reaches to 60° and the back of cavity is changed into rounding shape, the gap resistance is increased, energy conversion and dissipation in the cavity are aggravated. As a consequence, the leakage quantity is re- duced about 2% - 4% on the basis of the original equipment and the sealing ability is improved. But pressure changing condition in the labyrinth seal structure is consistent basically with that of original structure, and the residual data is close to atmospheric pressure.针对当前广泛使用的往复式迷宫密封式压缩机中迷宫密封结构进行深入研究,将迷宫密封内部结构尺寸和形状进行一定程度的更改并应用FLUENT软件进行仿真。结果表明:当迷宫密封节流片倾斜角度达到60°、空腔背部更改成倒圆形状后,有助于增加间隙阻力、加剧空腔中能量的转化与耗散,使泄漏量在原设备基础上减少2%~4%左右,密封能力提高。而迷宫密封中的压力与原结构下的变化情况基本一致,压力的残余值接近于常压。
