To cam mechanisms with roller follower moving in general planar motion, the concepts of "special and general type II mechanisms synthesis tasks" are put forward, and the scientific and exact description is brought. Via establishment of coordinate system, introduction of "floating coordinate system" and division of front and rear work travel, especially the introductions of new concepts of "instantaneous choice area" and "whole choice area", the new graphic fundamental for solving "instantaneous choice area" of roller-center as well as deep analysis of boundary are brought out. The concepts of "most commercial search belt-area" and important thinking of eqisdistanee-dispersion are given. Dimensionality-drop rapid solving algorithm is given, which satisfactorily solves "general type II mechanisms synthesis task".关于作平面运动滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构,提出"狭义、广义第Ⅱ类机构综合问题"的概念,并给出"广义第Ⅱ类机构综合问题"的科学准确描述。通过固定坐标系建立、"浮动坐标系"概念引入和推程前半、后半区段划分,特别是通过引入"瞬时/整程选择区域及其边界"等若干新颖性概念,提出滚子中心"瞬时选择区域"的求解基本原理及其求交过程,给出"整程选择区域"边界生成规律特征的深刻分析,提出"最经济搜索带域"的概念、解法和等距/离散化处理的重要思想,给出"整程选择区域"边界的降维化快速求解计算方法,从而圆满解决了以求解确定滚子中心容许选择区域、凸轮理论基圆半径许用取值范围等作为核心内容的"广义第Ⅱ类机构综合问题"。
