采用MS-800A四球摩擦试验机,考察了7种新型添加剂在乳化液中的极压性能。并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散谱(EDS)对摩擦表面进行微观分析。实验结果表明:氯化脂肪酸DA8527能在金属表面形成承载能力很强的保护膜,具有很好的极压性能;加入少量的酯类添加剂GY25和油酸异辛酯IPO时乳化液就能达到较高的P8值;多硫化物RC2540对提高乳化液极压性有一定的作用,硫化脂肪RC2526和氯化石蜡P51NR的极压效果一般,水溶性磷酸酯LP700极压性能较差。 The extreme pressure property of seven kinds of new additives in water-based emulsion was studied in MS-800A four ball testing machine. The worn surface was analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dis-persive Spectrometer(EDS). The results show that fatty acid chlorides DA8527 has the best extreme pressure property, which can form the highest strength film on the mental surface;the ester additives GY25 and IPO can reach a high max non-seizure load at a lower concentration;Polysulfide RC2540 has certain effect on improving the extreme pressure of the emulsion ;the extreme pressure property of sulfuretted fat RC2526 and chlorinated paraffin PS1NR is not obviously and LP700 is poor.
