推导出柔轮单齿刚度的计算公式，利用ABAQUS进行柔轮扭转的运动学建模与仿真分析，仿真结果与计算所得的柔轮扭转刚度相符。通过分析柔轮整体刚度系数计算公式中的参数，确定其对柔轮刚度的影响。研究结果为高刚度谐波齿轮的设计提供了有效依据。 This paper deduces the torsion stiffness formula of single flexspline tooth and uses ABAQUS to establish the kinematics model and analyze the simulation of flexspline torsion. The simulation result is a match for the calculated stiffness of the flexspline. It also analyzes the parameter of torsion stiffness formula, which can affect the stiffness of flexspline, the results provides an effec- tive basis for the design of the high stiffness harmonic gear.
