运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对某型焊接结构卧式加工中心立柱导轨与滑块进行接触分析,得到二者在钻孔下的接触应力、变形分布情况。通过分析可以得到二者在钻孔时的最大应力和最大变形位移情况,由分析结果判断导轨与滑块结构设计的合理性,及对使用寿命的影响。 The contact analysis between guide and slider of column of a certain type welded structure horizontal machining center is analyzed by the finite element analysis software of ABAQUS.Under the condition of drilling,the contact stress and deformation distribution of the guide and the slider are obtained.At the same time,the maximum contact stress and maximum deformation distribution of the guide and the slider are acquired through the analysis results.Then,judge and analyze whether the assembled relation between the guide and the slider is rational,and further research the influence of the designed structure of service life.
