羰基铁粉类型及含量对磁流变液摩擦性能的影响

分别以羰基型、还原型、磷化型3种类型的羰基铁粉配制不同的磁流变液,采用四球摩擦磨损试验机研究不同类型及含量的羰基铁粉对磁流变液摩擦性能的影响,并考察不同基础油磁流变液体系对羰基铁粉的感受性。结果表明:在硅油体系和矿物油体系中,磷化型羰基铁粉均表现出好于其他2种羰基铁粉的摩擦性能;磁流变液的摩擦因数随着羰基铁粉含量的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当羰基铁粉的质量分数为70时,磁流变液表现出较好的摩擦性能;矿物油对羰基铁粉的感受性好于硅油。 The effect of different carbonyl iron on the friction behavior of magnetorheological(MR)fluid was investigated on a four-ball machine.The receptivity of methyl silicon oil and mineral oil to carbonyl iron was researched.The results show that the phosphating carbonyl iron has better friction reducing property in methyl silicon oil and mineral oil than other carbonyl iron.The average friction coefficient of MR fluids with carbonyl iron increases firstly,and then decreases with the increase of carbonyl iron content.The MR fluid with 70%(mass percentage)carbonyl iron has the best friction reducing property.The mineral oil has better receptivity to carbonyl iron than methyl silicon oil.
