选用KH-570硅烷偶联剂对摩擦材料填料粉煤灰进行湿法表面化学改性,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对改性效果进行分析,并将改性填料加入摩擦材料中研究其对材料性能的影响。结果表明:KH-570对粉煤灰表面改性效果显著,将改性粉煤灰加入摩擦材料中,其机械性能提高,磨损率明显下降。 The KH-570 silane coupling agent was employed to surface modification for fly ash. The modification results were analyzed by FT-IR. The modified fly ash was added to the friction material, in the view of investigating the effect of silane coupling agent on the performance of friction material. The result indicated that KH-570 modified the fly ash significantly, with the mixing of modified fly ash, the mechanical properties of friction material enhanced and wear rate dropped dramatically.
