为减小包边仿真的误差,以提高汽车覆盖件外缘的尺寸精度和表面质量,推导了包边模中常用的预包边机构运动学公式,并用于有限元仿真中。采用此方法分析得到的包边成型规律和相关文献中的实验数据符合较好;而它在某包边模具设计的应用结果验证了其有效性。 For reducing the error of hemming simulation so as to improve the dimensional accuracy and the surface quality of the edges of vehicle closure panels,the kinematic formulae for the pre-hemming mechanisms of common hemmer are derived and used in finite element simulation.The forming law of hemming obtained by the method well agrees with the experiment data in a related literature,and the results of its application to a real hemming die design verify its effectiveness.
