文章基于有限元法建立了电主轴的动力学数学模型,推导了电主轴的动静态特性表达式。结合实例,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,计算了某数控机床主轴的静态最大位移,求得该主轴的10阶固有振动频率,1-3阶临界转速;模拟了该主轴1-3阶瞬时振动形态,获得了主轴的结构设计和支承配置优化的理论依据。 In this paper,using the finite element method,we established dynamic mathematical models of the electrospindle and founded expression of dynamic and static characteristic of the motorized spindle. Through an example,not only the maximal displacement of spindle of a CNC machine,10 orders natural frequency of vibration of spindle and 1-3 orders critical speed of rotation are calculated and using Softw are of ABAQUS,based on finite element method,1-3 orders mode of instant vibration form of the spindle are Simulated,but also w e obtained theoretical foundation for the structure design of spindle and support configuration optimization of spindle.
