基于滚动轴承受力分析的拟静力学模型,通过变换求解变量,提出以接触角作为初始变量求解轴承动态特性方程组的简化求解方法和电主轴轴承对转子的支撑刚度,分析影响轴承支撑刚度的内外部因素。建立电主轴转子一轴承系统的简化模型,在考虑轴承动态支撑刚度的基础上,用有限元的方法进行分析,得到不同转速和轴向预紧力下轴承的支撑冈Ⅱ度及系统的1、2阶固有频率。最后进行电主轴静态锤击实验,实验结果和理论结果基本一致,验证理论分析的正确性。 Based on the quasi-static mechanics model of rolling bearing, a simplified method to solve the dynamics equation of the bearing was proposed by choosing the contact angle as the initial variable. The support stiffness of the bearing was derived, and the internal and external factors affecting the support stiffness were analyzed. A simplified model of the rotor-bearing system for a high speed spindle including the effects of the variable support stiffness was established. Finite element method Was used for the solution of the model, and the first order and the second order natural frequencies of the high-speed spindle with different rotation speeds and axial preloads were obtained. Finally, a static hammering test of the spindle was conducted. The experimental results and the theoretical results were found to be in agreement essentially. This, the correctness of this analysis method was verified.
