应用Pro/E软件建立机床床身的三维模型,再利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对床身部件进行动力学分析,得出了床身前五阶固有频率,为了提高其动力学特性,并进行优化设计,改变床身筋板的形式、数量和厚度,从中选出优化的设计方案。 The paper establishes the 3D model of the machine tool bed in application of PRO/ENGINEER software.Then it makes a dynamic analysis to the bed parts by the finite element analysis software of ANSYS.The first five natural frequency of the bed are obtained.In order to improve its dynamic characteristics and to make optimization design,we change the form,number and thickness of rib walls,in which optimization design is chosen finally.
