介绍了专用自动化立体仓库巷道式存取机的结构,利用Ansys有限元分析软件对该巷道式存取机的主梁建立了有限元模型,并对其最危险工况进行了静力分析,校核了其强度与刚度,通过对主梁结构的模态分析,提取了前6阶模态,获取了各阶模态的固有频率和固有振型。分析结果为存取机的进一步优化设计提供了依据。 This paper introduces the aisle SRM structure of a dedicated automatic storage/retrieval system, establishes a finite element model of the girder for the SRM using Ansys finite element analysis software, makes a static analysis on the most dangerous working condition and checks the strength and rigidity. Through the modal analysis on the girder structure and collection of the first six order modals, it obtains the natural frequency and natural vibration mode of each modal. The results provide reference for the further optimization design of the SRM.
