介绍了基于pro／e软件平台对双圆弧齿轮进行三维参数化建模的方法，并把双圆弧齿轮的三维模型导入ANSYS软件中进行有限元分析．在齿轮齿宽的不同位置施加应力，对其进行弯曲应力分析，从而寻找出更加准确的应力分析模型．这种参数化设计方法对提高双圆弧齿轮产品的设计、制造、装配精度和效率有重要参考意义． A method of parametric modeling of the double circular arc gear is introduced,based on the pro/e software platform. The 3D model is imported into ANSYS software for finite element analysis. Stresses are put at the different locations of the gear tooth. The bending stress is analyzed in order to find a more accurate model for stress analysis, The method of parametric design is meaningful for its occurate design, manufacture and assembly.
