环氧基氟化石墨耐磨涂料的研究

以环氧树脂为黏接剂,采用酰胺类固化剂,并以氟化石墨为润滑剂,SiC为耐磨填料,制备一种常温固化的耐磨涂料。用红外光谱(FT-IR)、x射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析氟化石墨的结构和性质,用光学显微镜(OM)观测润滑剂和填料在涂料中的分散情况,探索涂料中氟化石墨和SiC的含量与涂层力学性能、摩擦性能和热性能的关系。结果表明:氟化石墨层间距为0.71nm,晶型结构不规则,表面能较低,其润滑性能优于石墨;通过一定的工艺SiC和氟化石墨均匀地分散在涂料中;含SiC和氟化石墨的涂膜具有较好的力学性能;当SiC和氟化石墨质量分数为20%和5%时,涂层耐磨性能较好;SiC和氟化石墨使涂膜的耐热性有所改善。 A kind of room-temperature curable wear-resistant coatings was made with epoxy resin as binding material, amide as curing agent, graphite fluoride as lubricant and SiC as wear-resistant filler. The properties of graphite fluoride were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR) , X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron micro- scope(SEM). The dispersion of lubricant and packing material in the coatings was observed by optical microscope(OM). The influences of the content of graphite fluoride and SiC in the coatings on mechanical properties ,friction performance and thermal performance were explored. The results show that the interlamellar spacing of graphite fluoride is 0. 71 nm with poor crystal structure and low surface energy, its lubricity is superior to the graphite. Graphite fluoride and SiC are well-dispersed in the coatings by certain dispersion process. The coatings has good mechanical properties, and good wear-resisting performance when the content of SiC and graphite fluoride is 20% and 5% respectively. By adding SiC and graphite fluoride, the film has better thermal stability.
