The modern worktable requires higher dynamic characteristics and high specific stiffness. The static and dynamic finite element analysis of foam aluminum/epoxy filling structure worktable was carried out based on a certain worktable. The results show that, compared with cast iron worktable, foam aluminum/epoxy filling structure worktable has advantages of lightweight, high static and dynamic characteristics under the premise of meeting static performance requirements.现代的机床工作台要求具有较高的动态特性和高比刚度。以某型号工作台为例,对泡沫铝,环氧树脂填充结构工作台的静、动态特性进行了有限元模拟。结果表明,与铸铁结构工作台相比,泡沫铝/环氧树脂填充结构工作台在满足工作台静态性能要求的前提下,具有轻质、高静、动态性能高的优点。
