曲轴系统具有特殊的结构和力学特点,因此从动力学耦合的角度研究曲轴系统的振动将更能准确地把握曲轴系统的动力学特性。利用集总参数法建立了曲轴系统扭转-纵向耦合振动力学模型,基于该模型分析了曲轴系统扭转-纵向耦合作用对曲轴系统固有特性的影响。数值计算结果表明:扭转-纵向耦合振动将改变曲轴系统的固有频率,使其系统临界转速降低,并产生一些新的耦合振型。由于系统模态将更加密集,设计中应合理选择曲轴系统的额定工作区以避免发生共振。 Crank system has a special structure and mechanical characteristics,so the research on the vibration of crankshaft system from the perspective of dynamic coupling will more accurately grasp the dynamics of the crankshaft system.A mechanical model of the coupled torsional-axial vibration of a crankshaft system is built using the lumped mass method in it.The effects of the coupled vibration on the natural characteristics of the crankshaft system are analyzed based on this model.The results of numerical calculation show that the coupled torsional-axial vibration will change the natural frequencies of the crankshaft system and lower its critical speeds and produce some new coupled vibration modes.Because the crankshaft system modes will be more intensive,the rated working area should be taken into account reasonably in the design of the crankshaft system in order to avoid resonance.
