多级多出口离心泵的数值模拟及试验验证

中图分类号: TH31 文献标识码: A doi:10.3969.issn.1005-0329.2013.01.003Numerical Simulation and Experimental Verification of M ultistageand Multioutlet Centrifugal PumpHUANG Si ,WANG Peng ,OU Guo.wei ,SHE Han.hua(1.South China University of Technology,Guangzhou 5 10640,China;2.Foshan Pump Factory Co.Ltd.,(Kenflo),Foshan 528000,China)Abstract: Based on the standard k-turbulence model,the three-dimensional flow in a whole muhi-stage and muhi-outlet centrifugal pump is numericaly simulated using CFX software.By analyzing the pressure and flow field distribution inpump with different outlet settings,showing that the flow of the stage in the downstream of the pump outlet is zero,the flow fieldof the stage is in the self-loop state accompanied by large energy loss,and it produces a large pressure,resuhing in a certainimpact on the pump strength and reliability.Furthermore,the performance curve of the pump is determ ined based on the simula-tion results,it indicates that when the pump out is set in the last stage of pump,the head and efficiency reaches its maximum,and the position of pump outlet is more forward,the head and efficiency drops more.Finally,by comparison with the experimen-tal perform ance curve,the accuracy of the method and results are verified。

Key words: multi-stage and muhi-outlet centrifugal pump;numerical simulation;experimental verification1 前言多级离心泵是应用面广、使用量大的水泵产品,在油田注水输油、冶金制造、消防、热能发电、民用高层给水方面发挥着重要的作用。而多级多出口离心泵设置不同泵出口产生不同扬程的特点,可应用于不同高度不同楼层的液体运输,达到- 泵多用、使用方便的目的。因此,开展该种多级泵的性能研究具有-定的理论价值和实际意义。

国内外关于 CFD辅助多级离心泵的水力设收稿日期: 2012-08-15计近年来开展了-些工作,但 尚未见到多级多出口离心泵的数值模拟研究 。本文以某公司生产的KDW65型4级 3出口离心泵作为研究对象,进行整机的全三维流场的数值模拟,分析泵内流场的压力分布和流速分布,预测计算泵的特性曲线,并与实测性能数据对比验证。
