齿轮倒棱是控制齿轮噪声和减小热处理应力集中的一项十分重要的工艺措施。目前的齿轮倒棱工艺方法主要是针对模数小于10mm、直径小于1000mm的中小齿轮,而对于模数大于10mm、直径范围在1000~5000mm的大型齿轮,还没有成熟的工艺方法。文中基于金属表面成形方法和现有齿轮倒棱工艺研究分析的基础上,提出了适合大型齿轮的准轨迹倒棱工艺方法。

Gear chamfering is a very important technological method to control the gear noise and reduce the concentration of heat stress. Currently, gear chamfering technological methods focus mainly on the middle and small gear, whose module is less than 10mm and diameter is less than 1000mm. However, the larger gear, whose module is more than 10mm and the range of diameter is from 1000mm to 5000mm, is a lack of mature technologieal method. Based on the research of melal surface forming method and the existing gear chamfering process. The technological method of quasi trajectory grinding edges for larger gear is proposed.
