在对摇摆臂零件加工工艺设计,以及对加工此零件的外圆弧台阶面所需专用夹具的设计中,采用UG软件对摇摆臂零件和夹具体进行了三维建模。该夹具的特点是:可以装夹两个工件同时加工,两个工件的圆弧台阶面合在一起变成了一个整圆,既能保证加工时的平衡,又能提高效率。同时验算与校核了夹具的精度,以保证其满足设计要求,并对加工零件的外圆弧台阶面进行了数控编程。

In the design of processing technology of the swing arm part and the special fixture required by the stepped surface of the outer are of this processed part, UG is used to build 3D modeling for the swing arm and its special fixture. The fixture has features that it can clamp and process two parts at the same time. The cireular stepped surfaces of two parts are glued into a full circle. It can guarantee the balance in the processing, and improve the efficiency. Meanwhile, the aceuracy is used for processing the fixture is calculated and checked, in order to ensure the design requirements. Then the NC programming of the outer circular stepped surface.
